It's official...........boating season is upon us. This
means Gary's mind is non stop regarding boat updates. When is the boat going to get hauled, scraped, painted, starboard side repair, window
replaced, etc...etc...etc. ALSO: We are excited about our mooring this year and getting off that floating dock.
Here are a few pics from the weekend (and a little before). Gary is pictured here creating our new swim platform, Sid is getting dried, Misty is still very active at 14!, Brittany made us a charming and delicious
"Happy Wedding Anniversary 18" Pizza!!
Not too many people can say that! You heard it right...
Gary and I have been together 21 years...married 18. Thanks honey your the only one for me.
Last but not least is a picture of the newest gadget at Stop & Shop. When you first walk in the store there is a scanning center where you scan your card and one of these scanners lights up, and you take it with you while you shop. You do all your own scaning, put it in your green bags, and viola.........your almost done. When you get up to the register all the groceries stay in the bags in the cart. You hand the cashier the scanner and your card. The do thier thing and you sign and go. Fruits and veggies are no problem because they hav installed digital scales that spit out a bar coded label. If their is an item that won't scan for whatever reason you just hand it to the cashier. I really like it. For some who might try to take advantage of this sys they periodically do a quick random check. Like I said ..........I really like it.
