Weekend happenings

Gary has finished the boat kitchen redo.
He steam bent the oak trim around the edge of
the cutting board/counter area, totally cleaned
and replaced parts of the stove/oven, and created the drawer fronts by piecing together
different cuts of wood. Gorgeous.

While Gary got rid of all the winterizing fluids in the engine, he also started the motor for the 1st
time this year and Eddie thought we were on the move again. Not yet honey!!

Look hard at this picture of leaves. This poor little guy was scared still. After opening the shed
on Sunday Eddie found this little guy running
around and chased him till he finally turned and
faced him. What courage. Gary chastised Eddie
and said,
" That's not nice scaring your little brother!"
He went to get some gloves to put the little
red squirrel back in the nest
(in the back of the shed) and he ran behind
some gardening stuff. Looks like he'll recover.
Poor little buggah.
